Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare (FSLH) is pleased to make the following staff announcement.

Melanie Yoshimoto, RN, BSN, has been named nurse manager of Urgent Care for Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare.

Prior to joining FSLH, Melanie was a nurse manager of the Orthopedic Neurosurgical Unit at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has also held staff and charge nurse positions at Sentara Potomac Hospital in Woodbridge, Virginia, as well as St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica.

Melanie earned an associate’s degree in Nursing from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing and a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Utica College. She is currently enrolled at University of Phoenix in the Masters of Healthcare Administration/Informatics program.
