The Medical Staff Services office carries out the credentialing and privileging process for physicians and allied health professionals applying to Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare. Additionally, we support the medical staff department and committee chairpersons in fulfilling their leadership responsibilities.

We are available to assist providers applying for appointment, reappointment, privileges, license, DEA, and malpractice coverage.
